Because of the need to maintain proper water supply, storage, and pressure the city is activating the following provision of its drought contingency plan: Water use for outside watering will be allowed between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Customers with even addresses are required to water on Monday and Wednesday; odd addresses on Tuesday and Thursday.
Watering with hand-held hose, a faucet-filled bucket or watering can of 5 gallons or less, or drip irrigation system will be allowed at all times provided there is no wasted water.
